It is not a recommendation, and it should not be read as one. Diligence, valuation and the investment decision are yours alone.

Equity, debt, mezzanine, structured or joint venture, and position sought.
Risk profile
Contracted, partly contracted or merchant exposure, and return threshold.
Control
Majority, minority, board rights and governance requirements.
Process
Who receives material, in what form, and any exclusions or conflicts.
